Well well,,,,nothing to see here folks just some computer hacking and info stealing...They are obviously guilty,,without a doubt ...the order to carry out this crime/hack obviously came from upper management ie..the GM or pres of baseball ops because no lower level front office personnel would ever do something without being told to do so...probably been going on for sometime...would explain why Larussa retired in the midst of a dynasty type run...

They should be stripped of their worldseries title and barred from playing in the playoffs this year.

I feel bad for the fans like Smallmouth Luke...but hey its not to late to jump on the Royals bandwagon ...

Only 2 questions need to be answered - why didnt mlb hire Ted Wells to do an independent investigation ? And how many games is Tom Brady going to get suspended for because its more probable than not that he had at least a general awareness that the Cardinals front office was perpetrating this "Hack Gate" ?

It will be interesting to see how the commish handles the punishment. Outside of whatever charges the Federal Govt might bring, MLB has to take action. Fines and draft pick loss won't cut it.

Honestly to me this isn't a huge deal...I don't look at the Cards as being cheaters given we really know next to nothing as far as the facts go...whoever committed the cyber crime will have to answer to the law....My post above was just to poke at the folks who convicted the patriots based on media reports and the Ted Wells sham report

Ouch...jail time for a Cardinals employee would make him or her a jail-bird lol...I would say the Cardinals are going to be eating quite a bit of crow over the next couple weeks.

I place of jail time for the Cards upper management(they obviously ordered this cyber crime) I think it would be fitting to re-name the team the St.Louis Stool Pigeons ,,,or life in prison with out the possibility of parole

I am still worried Roger "the fuhrer" Goodell will some how try to tie Brady and the Pats to these criminal birds !!!

I don't know if this was really cheating per say as it sounds like it really had nothing at all to do with baseball but it was more of a personal spat between The Astros GM (who used to work for the Cardinals)and employees of the Cardinals who had an axe to grind with him. Its in a whole different category than someone actually tampering with things in the game like Brady Did. Its definitely a crime though and someone is going to get some sort of punishment.
