if vines are slowing to a ultimate slow speed and not responding to N or or any of the greening nutrients consider yellow vine if you have seen a single squash bug, thats typically how it started here last time i saw it anyways

If your soil is cold/wet, the plant can't utilize the nitrogen that's available.
I've made the mistake a couple of times of having a plant stall out because of cold soil, adding more nitrogen, then having the plant take off and not fruit after the soil warmed up because of excess nitrogen.
Or you might be lacking magnesium, which is easy to fix with epsom salts.

Cyclical temps do this to me every spring along with heavy rains. My leaves remain thin and a lighter green until it dries up, temps are constant above 80 and the plant gets well rooted. Then they get thick and darken up when the plant cranks up.

To cold and To Wet or either one. If you think you are over watering, odds are you, you are.

When I moved my plants outside their growth slowed down and the leaves yellowed. I started putting a grow light on them over night and they are looking good now with a nice green and they have been growing like crazy. I leave the light on all night now and they really seem to be benefiting from the extra light. A shop light and grow light bulb cost about 15 bucks at the Home Depot and it might be worth a try.
