I would'nt, because the main tip looks fine and theres really only one leaf that is deformed & it could have been caused by a number of things like heat, bugs, over fertilizing ect.

looks like it could be sunburn. how hot is the hoop getting?

Any herbicides used near the plant (including preen)?

Is your soil cold? If it's too cold, the plant can't utilize nitrogen.

Any insects in the patch?

Did you treat the plants with Rootshield.

Finally...are you overwatering? I'm guilty of doing that, too.

It got hot early on but the temps have been good the last couple of weeks. I thought it was heat related when the first leaves drooped but Its been very well vented for the last 2 weeks and the new leaves coming out still aren't looking great.

Soil is 72 degrees with a heating cable. Rootshield and mycho were applied at planting. No insects that I can see. No herbacides have been used. I am watering once every 3 days.
