Thanks All....Will be nice to just look out our back window and look over the patch, go out do a bit go back in, go back out and do some more, instead of driving 30 minutes just to get to the patch not counting all the patch time and then driving 30 minutes back home. Tom I was just telling Frank that last night..Funny you should say that..LOL :)

They may not of done a soil test but I know they walked through the side gate the first visit to the house!

Dont know if the current owners would like for us to go around and and dig up about 30+ spots in their yard but we will ask soon. Prob when we go for the house inspection(Mid April) We will for sure be able to rotate with this yard. We do know that the yard is compacted and full of sand so will take all next year to build it up to grow on. Thanks for all the Congrats...Puts a big smile on our faces. :)
