In the Glasier auction lots there are 2 dmg pumpkins, the 1350 and 1588. Both pumpkins had soft spots which disqualified them. The 1588 had a soft spot near the blossom and the 1350 had a soft spot on the bottom. Both pumpkins were structurally sound, no sag lines or splits. We would like to think the soft spots were caused by the earthquake which hit Napa, but who knows? Pete and Cindi

You are too funny joe! Yep, i was up in the sierras at tennis camp when things started rocking here in napa. That quake broke all my glass pumpkin collection and i think it broke a REAL ONE or two also!

I think the 2036 is what started the earthquake. To much pressure on the fault line.

Cindi and Pete, I think your 2036 was just the start of greater things in your patch. Napa valley will probably bring in some real big ones this coming year. I hope they are in your patch. Merry Christmas to both of you from Dori (Worker bee) and I
