7. The first bid of the same amount is the one that counts, so if two people post the same bid and yours is after the other one, he/she has the lot and you must rebid higher to take it from him/her.

8. Bids that are lower than the current bid are invalid and ignored.

9. If there are multiple sets of the same seed(s) in a lot, the highest bidder at the end of the lot has the option to purchase 1 or all of the sets at the price they bid (each). If there are sets left after the winning bidder is done, the second bidder is obligated to pay for at least one set at their bid, if there are more than 2 sets and the winner and the second bidder do not take them all, the next bidder is obligated to take the next set and so on until all sets are sold.
An example:
There are 4 sets of the 2323 in lot 20...
Bidder1 bids $150
Bidder2 bids $180
Bidder3 bids $250
Bidder4 bids $500 and wins the lot
Bidder 4 is obligated to pay $500 per set for at least one set at $500, but can buy 2 for $1000, 3 for $1500, or all 4 for $2000.
If he/she takes 2, he pays $1000 and bidder3 is now obligated to buy at least one set for $250, but can take both of the remaining sets for $500.
If he/she only takes 1, Bidder2 is obligated to purchase the remaining set at $180.

10. When the lot is sold, and you are the winner, state how many sets you want. NOTE: you have to enter more than 2 characters to make the post. So if you want 1, either type a space 1 or type out one.

11. Acknowledge that you understand that you bought the lot by emailing the posted email address immediately with a minimum of your screenname, your real name, the lot number won, the set you won (if it was a multiple set lot) the amount you bid, and your method of payment.
