One of my favourite growers. Every year that I've grown, I've always had either a Daletas or Wallace seed in my three plant garden. That trend will continue next year with the 1676.

When I first started growing i asked all the heavy hitters for seeds. They all turned me down except for steve. He gave me the seed that got my first big one. thanks Steve. You are not only a great grower but a great person!!

You nailed it Marsh, one of the kindest of them all. Always making time and helping anyone he can. He use to fly out and spend time with Howard Dill and says Howard was the same way and if he could pass on some of the same kindness Howard has towards him,,,,,,, he's had a pretty good day! :)

It made a great boat as well. Big enough for two adults in the rowing Regatta. Try being behind an aircraft carrier and trying to pass at the first buoy. You need an extra 50 yards to go around it; not easy and exhausting. Ditto all above. Great guy and willing to share. You know you have made it as a pumpkin grower when something over 1700 pounds is what is left in your field and figure it's probably big enough to go boating.
