Yes sorry about all the confusion: My problem was the fact that the kin seed I received from the club WI ASSO i.e.,The Special Chosen SEED- was entitled "CLUB SEED" 1530 Gehweiler 2013
1770 Liebor x 2009 Wallace

Then I read on the hand out sent listing the weigh offs that the featured club seed contest was the 1,530 Gehweiler (1,770 Lieber x 1,623 Wallace.
My question is: Are these the same SEED?
PS I just had a thought: Maybe the 2009 Wallace is 1,623? Anyway,
Just a question. Thanks John Hoepfner Appleton, WI

The 1530 is 1770 x 2009. The 1770 x 1623 is just a typo.

OK lets put this to rest. The 1530 is the 1770 liebor x 2009 wallace. I grew it and put it in the little packs. Looks like for the contest Derek has one at 1225#s, Andy 1106#s, Roger 1094#s, Jason 747#s, John K 741#s, and John Hoepfner 89#s Good job to all. I hear there are still more out there.

Chad there's still some large 1530's out there. Apparently Bubba's (mark's) is estimated over 1800 pounds now, it's a beautiful orange pumpkin.

John you have been a club member since 2010. Not exactly a rookie any more. It was a typo. Sorry if I confused you. The club is in desperate need of a secretary. I have been filling in till we get a volunteer. I am also the treasurer for the club plus I grow all 6 categories. I also have a life beyond growing the giants(kids, grandkids, job ect). I don't have time to worry about a typo. That happens when you are busy, laugh about it and move on. Play nice and loss the drama.

Hey, Margaret and all club members: I am very sorry for the way I acted this past week...I really am not like that. Guess I am just frustrated at trying to grow a kin + my problems with certain people close to me that are against the time and effort I put into this activity. I know it should not bother me, but it does. I am at the point now to just move on. I hate the age I am at and love life dearly and desperately desire to succeed and feel my time is running out and therefore am again frustrated. Thanks again for not kicking me out and do hope that I can try to grow another kin sometime down the road. John Hoepfner Appleton
