Cheyennes watermelon had it's 2 seconds of fame on WBIR news yesterday at the Tennessee Valley fair. Brotherdave's pumpkins were also shown.

This years weigh-off at the fair is the best one that has been done at the TVF thanks to Brotherdave. He worked the giant vegetable exhibit answering questions and promoting giant growing. He also spent the day selling seeds to raise money for an even better weigh-off in the future. I took over 100 Agriculture students to the fair yesterday and the most talked about subject when we returned to school was the giant vegetables. Thanks for the hard work, it was noticed.
