I can access it from my phone but not from my computer. Never seen a website do this when you can see it from one device and not another.

the GPC site was down for a couple of days. Should be back up now. I had the same problem.

try deleting your temporary internet files

For IE
Click Tools from menu, Internet Options, then click the Delete Button(Under Browsing History section on the General tab)

THANKS EVERYONE!! I deleted my temporary files and hit the refresh button and it worked!
