I run a local weigh off here in Joliet Illinois and all tomatoes are official weights from reputible scales. I want to establish a top ten weights for Illinois and go from there. Please send me a pic of any giant you grew on a scale and are a serious grower with no reason to claim a weight or photoshop or such. lol. its your reputation. i am just trying to get a list of the top ten Illinois tomatoes that people have weighed. Illinois is a pretty big state so an honor system with pics on reputible scale works for me for now. Eventually a certain guidelines for which scales are accessible in each of our areas that are official enough by all growers standards. But for now lets just get the numbers out there for fun like Top ten pumpkins per state. I have been asked too many times what is the Illinois tomato record or is there a list of top ten that i finally decided last night to make a post. Any one with big ones they have weighed let me know
