I've never made it this late with a healthy plant, but somehow I've made it until now. In the last 3 or 4 days the end of the main, and a couple secondaries have quit growing, and don't look like they are going to anymore. All leaves on plant look good. We have gotten a couple big rains the last week, could that be the problem? I know I've starved the plant, I've kept fungicide up, but only foliar fed 0-0-13 the last week. The pumpkin seems to have slowed way down the last couple days, and I know it shouldn't have, it's only 26 dap. Any suggestions on what to do?

Maybe a more balanced fertilizer might get things back on track. One of our flood damaged pumpkins mostly stopped growing until we broadcast some 10-10-10 and watered it in and used some foliar and root drench miracle grow. The plant is growing again, fruit growth is staying the same.

A 26 do pumpkin may be stalling your vines. It would stall the main and secondaries closet to the fruit. Could be a good thing!!!

Thanks for the replies, I guess I just wait and see. Conor, I hope you're right. It is only secondaries closest to pumpkin self terminating.
