I'm a first year grower so am not sure what should or shouldn't cause concern. Kins on two of the plants have developed a green mottled look on the lower half. The smaller kin has also developed quarter-sized bumps in the affected area. One kin is DAP 30 ( 250 lbs), the other is DAP 21 (140 lbs).

I am with Linus-Mosaic. Do you have leaves that look smaller than normal?

Matt D. had posted pics in his diary, here´s a pumpkin with the same bumps on the skin (characteristic of mosaic virus)

Does your plant show any unusual coloration/shape/size etc. among the leaves near the vine tips (like the growth of the last week or so)? Something like that for example:

...and do some of the new baby females exhibit such green patterns on the skin of their baby pumpkins?

I'm afraid you guys might be right. I've posted picture:

We still have one good looking pumpkin on a plant that doesn't appear to be effected. What is your recommendation for keeping it that way?
