Hi guys after chores tonite my sons and daughter helped me put fabric under pumpkin and we measured her to get a weight est. she's at 98 pds for a newbie am very excited and nervous, don't want to screw it up.

They get worse as the season progresses. You will have dreams of splits and rotten pumpkins. I know someone who had a dream Squash Vine Borers were in her basement. She no longer grows...

This is not a hobby for the weak...or those let down easily. All your hard work can be gone in a second. The more I think about it...the more I wonder why I grow. So I choose to not think and just grow :)
