Day 19 today 48.5CC 32SS 32.5EE total 113OTT Not the biggest pumpkin in the world but she is growing. From day 13 (71.5 OTT) to day 19 (113 OTT) she has grown 41.5 total inches in 5 days. Gaining about 7 total OTT a day. Is this good? Bad? Average? When the pumpkin hits day 20 does it find another gear so to speak? It grew about 6lbs last night. I know it depends on the number of side vines and how far it is out on the plant. But just curious if to see my pumpkin should start putting on more weight or will this be it? Thanks!

I have one pumpkin on a plant that is very sad looking, no side vines, tiny little leaves...and the pumpkin is putting on daily gains like crazy as long as I keep it watered. I have not measured it yet (will tonight) but I'm surprised with it's success considering the plant. I am in CT and it has been very dry here so it is hard to keep up with watering.

About day 26-30 most pumpkins find their other gear and start cranking it up.
