Ok so I have a good plant going , but the odd thing is my first secondary off my main is growing as fast if not faster than the main its just as thick it acts as a second main any input on this none of the other sides are nearly growing like this one

you could be talking about a back main. every plant grows one very early on ( it usually grown out from the base in the opposite direction of the main) some cut it off, some used to train this vine to run opposite of the main creating a second plant and pumpkin opportunity, some just pull it bacl toward the main and train it to grow as a side vine.

well I was using it as a side vine but it is growing very fast and I noticed tonight for the first time I let a side vine row from it and it has a small kin on it
