I've had my last 4 males open and there is no stamen inside. I have cut and checked other males not open yet and they seem to have perfectly formed stamen. Anybody else have this problem. Today I tried pollinate today with a summer squash and zucchini flower. Will this work?

The one time I had it all of the males were affected and I could not set a pumpkin. Sounds like there is some hope for you, but your above attempt will not work.
