Depends on what you want to achieve:

1) Want to learn new things, want to see what it does, want to share your experience with others (no matter if the fruit would ever get close to a 100-pounder or just stay pretty small): Pollinate this female and see what happens

OR

2) You grow this plant in order to have a decent fruit for a weigh-off in about 2-3 months (only weight matters): Wait for the next (much better) female.

OR

3) You want to achieve both (1) and (2): Pollinate this female and try to set the other (meant to become BIG) fruit on a different strong vine of that plant, and also pollinate further females on the same vine, because if this freaky female aborts you already have another good candidate for a keeper set on this vine.

Is it in an otherwise good position on the plant?

Pollinate it, and trim off the rest of that secondary asap. I have only had this happen once that I was able to take advantage of. You're basically giving the fruit an extra long stem. I wouldn't say that it is an advantage over an actual main vine set, so take that into consideration.

That's what I call grown in close on a secondary
