Leaves have a difficult time absorbing potash/calcium. It is better to do a drench. Be careful with the 0-0-60, pretty powerful stuff! Good luck

If you like crunchy burned leaves you can...along with the occasional Kaboom of splitting pumpkins...then there is the a little to much factor which brings the plant to a halt and matures the pumpkin early. Better off with Kelp and Molasses

Hardtime, foliar spraying is always best done with a little restraint until you know for sure how it will affect the leaves. Better to damage a couple of leaves than the whole plant. I'll do a little test first with a small hand spray bottle if I'm unsure. Linus, thanks for reminding me to break out the Molasses. Been so busy........ PS, those cabbage seeds you sent are really fun. They are beautiful plants, so much so my wife wants one for her garden!
