I would have thrown every open male and the kitchen sink at it, that's a potential 6 lober.

1818 Bryson- 4 lobe 1810 Stevens- 5 lobe 1807 Stelts- 4 lobe
The mothers respectively- 1404 Bryson- 5 lobe 1161 Rodonis- 5 lobe 1495 Stelts- 5 lobe
The only consensus that I have seen in ten years is that anything less than a four lober is not desireable.

speaking of lobes and such pls just be sure not to keep any pumpkin that had either seeds in the lobes or partial lobes, etc. you would be asking for trouble with splitting ,etc. four or five lobes can both grow world record pumpkins, not sure if six lober has ever grown one? but dont see why not. pap
