Well the first year growing AGs is kicking my butt.first it was the stem cracks from a wind storm, wich if got healed up now. Then this constent flagging on all three plants that are only about six foot out now, but I believe the giant grubs I found last night all over may be eating the roots and causing that. And then today I noticed one plant has little areas on some leaves that are curled up and dark green and crispy. Darn it all anyhow. So im thinking grubex for the grubs, and maybe a shade cloth over the clementz plant to see if it helps. Any ideas are welcomed lol

IF you can mist them, even with a impulse overhead during the hot times a day can help alot.

Probably a dumb question, but when their flagging that is slowing growth correct?

Yes, got to get the leaves cooled. Sounds like you are frying your leaves among other things. They need shade

Youngbuck, always remember it is just a pumpkin. Shading the plant could help.

Iv found some shade cloth here at home depot but it says it blocks 90% of uv rays? Wouldn't that be to much shade? Thanks again all for the input
