Its open just enough to see the lobes. Should I pry it open and pollinate or be patient and pet it open. On its own?

IF you did not pollinate it you most likely will have to go with the next one that shows up .......

I'm assuming you did pollinate. Some are just much slower to open, but if I'm sure that's the day, I've had to open them up since I used to have a much earlier work schedule.

It opened up enough to pollinate by noon. I am sure the 52 degrees and rain might have had something to do with it. Fortunately it was a Saturday.
