I just posted a pic on my diary of my 928 Pierpont. The leaves are turning yellow and not sure why? If anybody may know what is causing this or what I can do to fix it please help me out. I just posted it so it may take a few before it is there to see.
Joe1327 from Maine is the diary.

That could happen for various reasons: 1) Genetics. Some 1495 Stelts plants and some of their offspring do that (like some of the 1770 Lieber plants). 2) Lack of minerals (like Mg) caused by troubles in the root-zone (either cold or too wet or too cold and too wet soil, or weak root system...right after transplanting).
In case of your plant...soil doesn´t look too wet and June shouldn´t be too cold...I would guess that the seedling had been kept in a too small pot for too long time, and it might take a while for the roots to grow strong and reach out for what the plant needs.
Keep the soil moist (not wet) and warm, and give the plant some foliar spray with N and Mg fertilizers.

What strikes me is that one leaf is yellow close to the stalk and the other leaf is yellow on the outside on the same plant. Mg deficient comes to mind but the defect should be uniform. Not sure how to advise.

Could be cold nights and the root system isn't established. The next leaf looks a lot better. That's why I'm betting on cold nights.Does it get cool in Maine?

Yup itZ MG deficiency, left alone will work itself out (next set of leaves....) once the soil warms...OR hit it with 1 - 2 TBS of epsom saltZ into 1 gal of water and drench. I got three plantZ with same and 5 others with out...ThoZe leaves will not change to green, you can cut them off later if you want once you have many more leaves...

It has been a cool wet spring up here. The next leaf has come in all green and the next one looks good also. I gave it the 2 TBS of Epsom salt the other day and lets hope it comes out of it.
Thanks everyone for the advise.
