Darren, what does the back of the leaf look like? Are the yellow spots there also?

Could spots be caused by cuke beetles? I also learned from Master Gardener Class, that if the "spots" have "dots", its a fungus that you gots! Try some fungicide. My tomatoes sometimes do this from the bottom up, and it's caused by rain washing fungus up to the leaves. After removing the bottom affected leaves, they usually recover just fine.

It is hard to see from the picture but that looks like fungus to me.

mine had that problem last year. eventually grew out of it as it got bigger. try and keep the leaves dry if possible; I had big fungus problems last year with the muggy, extreme heat we were having
