Alright so I transplanted my kins into the garden last night, the roots were quite tight in the pots so they were kind of droopy in the pots as well. Its only 65 out right now so I know its not heat im just looking for ideas and if theyll be ok.

keep em watered. You might have to put a mid day shade structure over them. They always flag bad (in direct sun)when they go outside. I always have some shadecloth over them-but I'm in Colorado-very high uv no humidity.

I agree with Joe 100%. Mine always flag after transplant. Fake light wont cut it. It's like an Irisman hitting a tanning bed before a trip to Florida... still gonna get burnt. Horrible analogy but you get the point.

I also ease them from greenhouses to full sun with shade cloth. It doesnt have to be to elaborate with small plants.....rebar or sturdy stakes on the corners.. a center higher stake or 2 if bigger area to circus tent it...then seen them to full sun...and use small white tables for main vine tip shading down the road on hotter dry windy days
