cool dry place ( a garage) but do not hold over for a second season. use all you purchase in the same season.

From talking to Dr. Mike at Mycorrhizal Applications, he stated that you can use myco past the expiration date but you will get approximately 10% loss of spores annually so you should adjust your application rates accordingly.
So Pap is right, but if you have any leftover from last year, you could still use it according to Dr. Mike.
