Anyone ever seen this? Does it mean something? I had this on one of my plants today.

It means you have a leaf growing out of tendril..:) very common.

No it is not from a selfed seed. Last year I pruned all of my tendrils before they got too big so I never saw anything like this. And since this is only my second year growing I wasn't sure if I should be concerned. Thanks for the pic Andy, I am a little more at ease now

I wouldnt cut tendrils off,every cut on a plant is another chance of disease,These plants have so much energy it needs somewhere to go.I try to cut the bare minimum off.
