85 degrees during daylight. Low 70's at night is good.

I only use the heater if the night temps go below 45 mainly to protect against frost.

Is it a hoop house or a greenhouse? A hoop house, if it hs heat, only uses heaters for frost protection .

I have small heaters for my hoop houses and I reserve them for only frost warning nights. I like to keep the hoop houses at all 80 degree temp. In the day and 65 or so at night. I mainly use candles to warm the seedling. I believe we baby these plants and little to much. Imo I believe the plants need to face and little adversity to get them all little stronger.

I agree with Kennytheheat. These plants are like a spoiled child. If you give in, they always want more. You have to let them fight the the good fight. Mother nature is tough, and we can't beat mother nature. (maybe a tough plant can!!!!)
