Hey guys, this will be my third year growing...or at least trying to... Curt S., Richard, and Don C. hooked me and my brother up with some seeds and I picked some up from Holland Giants when I bought their videos. Now the question. Has anyone had good results from any of the seeds I have or do you see some genetics that look promising? Thanks for any advice in advance.

As far as genetics are concerned, the 1288 Holland 13 looks very promising.

455 Grande. Great cross, I didn't know that seed existed until now.

1288 Holland looks good, too.

1675 Hopkins, grew my personal best 1374 Box damaged, rib split after massive rain storm in 2011, nursed it to weigh-off. Great shape, was 20% heavy.

My 906 always had awesome germination rates. Always went ugly but heavy. I'd say give it a try. The 1288 by 1596 Wallace is a killer match.

Shawn, I like the 768 Christensen , I'm biased though cause I have both of the parents growing in my kitchen now. Best of luck

I apologize if that isn't how "Christensen" is spelled. I did it from my phone earlier on the river and copied. 1722 is wrong also in the initial text above. Cheers
