Fellow Growers:

I am seeking your help to name the pumpkin that I have currently growing in the greenhouse that you can see in my diary.

Last year, I was asked to name my pumpkin which was the result of the world first ever snow cooled pollination, and it was also the color and shape of a snowball so as a result I called it “Snowball”. This year I am opening it up to the growing community to ask everyone for name suggestions of my pumpkin that is growing this winter.

Some facts that you may want to consider:
-All pumpkins are female!
-It was pollinated on Ground Hog Day (Feb. 2nd 2014)
-It is greenhouse grown

Now, all suggestions should be appropriate and are only going to be suggestions. However, I will select a “winner” (even if I select a different name, as I already haves some suggestions) and that lucky grower will either get a seed out of the pumpkin (assuming there are seeds in it) or one of my 1766.5 DeBacco ’13 seeds.

Growers can suggest multiple names so you are not limited to one. The official close for suggestions will be March 20th, 2014 @ 6pm EST with the “winner” selected soon after.
