In a effort to boost the membership at The Maine Pumpkin Growers Organization I am offering a seed from a cross we made in 2013 from the Wallace 2009 seed .

We grew a 1245dmg pumpkin ( developed stem disease ) and knowing it would not pass GPC entry rules we weighed the pumpkin took photos and sliced it up on September 8 , 2013 to retain the seeds inside that pumpkin .

This 1245dmg AG pumpkin cross is the 2009 X 2009 and I noticed very few crosses out there offer that selfed cross .

With a very limited supply of those seeds on hand I would like to invite the first 10 growers who are interested in obtaining that seed to email me at berardal@hotmail.com and let me know you are interested in supporting The Maine Pumpkin Growers Organization MePGO .

Besides the 1245dmg you will be receiving a mix of about 10 other seeds donated by some of our members plus 2 MePGO newsletters in 2014 .

Dues to join MePGO is Only $ 15 . If you would like to see a photo of the 1245dmg pumpkin let me know .

IF you were hoping to plant the Super Duper 2009 Wallace seed but were not able to obtain one then this 2009 X 2009 might end up being a pretty interesting seed to grow.
