Wayne is right, and I also don´t belong to the folks who post other people´s email details here. Therefore, the only hand I can give you is the bare hint that a site search for "Tim Mathison" could answer your question, because other people asked for contact details already, and sometimes questions are getting answered. Thus, just go ahead and type "Tim Mathison" into the site search box and the set of answers comes up with links like that one here:
