Great job, Andy! I did 30 years with USDA, but when the weather was bad I stayed in the office. I assume Pennsylvania winters are like Iowa's, and that means lots of snow and ice. I had a co-worker who was a part-time rural carrier and I heard lots of stories from her. I have lots of respect for rural carriers.
