I have decided to retire this year, but I still want to be active in the technology that seems to change daily.

I am registered at Twitter as @gaintsquash as well as a few other BP.COM members.

This is not a replacement for this great website that I have been a member of for about 11 years, just another means of comunication.

I hope all have a super 2014.

Owen enjoy your retirement. Are you retiring from your employment or from growing? How many growers do you think are retired and still growing.

Bill, from employment, I intend to grow AGs as long as I can.

I would guess that less then 5% of growers are retired.

LOL, this was suppose to see if I could tempt more growers to use twitter and turned into a retirement congrats thread.

Congrats Owen! Enjoy the time off.
Owen and I already follow each other on twitter. It's not always about growing stuff but a fun way to see what's going on. I would guess that I follow about 10 growers from here on twitter.

Twitter is good. I use it as a diary during growing season and a way to complain about my favorite hockey team during winter. It's a great way to keep up with what's happening in the world.
