Just now getting my pictures put onto my diary to share. Go to race34x to view. And just a heads up to all the greenie fans there will be 1 of the 13 seeds auctioned on 2/16/14. On the Southern New England Giant Pumpkin Growers auction. And this will be the only one availible. Happy bidding!

Didn't see a 1286 on the message board,,, the heaviest was 1264 I think? I am not a greenie fan as I do not have enough room to plant a squash but to me they are just as fascinating as AG's.

WOW, Awesome!! Thanks for sharing Edwin. No wonder you kicked our butts. LOL. With only 13 seed available, the price will be too high for us to win the lot. Hopefully it does well for those growing it though.
The 996 sure is going to see some action in 2014. A great seed with lots of potential. Good luck to all those who grow the 1264 in 2014. Jane & Phil

Edwin did you use the 1264* as a pollinator on any other greenies last season? or was the 1264* the only one that made it?

Congratulations, Edwin that is one great looking squash and the thickness is unreal! It would be nice to get that heavy genetics into the squash line. Thanks for donating one to the SNGPG auction. Joe Jutras

Sambo, Unfortunately my other squash plant from 2012 (the 1109Pierpont 2011) would never set a fruit. It was a great plant but could never hold a fruit larger than a beach ball without popcorning. I honestly believe at the time I had so much plant dead headed that the fruits couldn't handle all the energy. The 1109 is the 996HaistX1037.5Jarvis.
