Hi,
I was looking through some of my seeds and I found that one of my seeds (an important one) had a fragment of the tip broken off! will the seed germinate? I can see no internal damage to the seed. Thanks!

should be good-it will hydrate easier.Quite a bit has to break off to damage the radicle end

Is there a chance that it could rot from the inside out when germinated? Should it be sealed with a soft wax or something so that it doesn't waterlog at that time of germination?

Nope, the seed germ can hydrate faster. Same goes with seeds that crack open naturally.

I have peeled off the entire seed coat and the seeds germinate

For those interested in trying what Josh describes.
