Everyday I see certain numbers that make me think of pumpkins.
A few examples:
1) I see 1140 everyday on an overpass and think of the Finders
2) 1789 on the side of an HCl tote makes me think of "The Freak"
There are others but these are the ones I see everyday.

Do you do this too?

I drove to Todd Dawsons house last year in Garner North Carolina.On the freeway as you get close to his exit.There all in the high 200s exit 282 291 lol!2 years ago at the bowling alley I was getting ready to to plant a few melon line ups.The 168 Johnson was one of them.It was late April.I bowled a 168 the mystery jackpot was nearly 500$ that week.I bowled a 168 I won.That was the Monday nite leauge.I was a sub on that leauge.The next Thursday I bowled on my regular leauge.I was standing at a lane getting paid 300$ for a strike ball jackpot.As I stood there they called a raffle ticket # out and no one was responding to there call.I pulled my tickets out with my other hand,as my first hand was being stacked with bills.I won the 50/50 raffle at the same time.lol The last 3 digits on the ticket were 291.WR 291 that year.lol I won over 900$ that week bowling.LOL A man came up and told me I hate you! I have never won a thing in 8 years here.lol!The #s pop up in streaks watch for flying #SSSSS

Yes....I have the sickness. Addresses.....licence plates....concrete mix numbers at work like mix #1161"....my lifetime pumpkin goal in 2004 was someday grow one heavier than my address....1308.......which was cool to accomplish a few years back.

Whenever the number 1010 shows up I think of the 1010 Hester seed. Frank sent me the 1010 Hester seed from Holland my first year growing and well we have been together now 6 years.....:)

not numbers here but every time I hear a news story on the TV or radio about a town/city - I say to my husband - "I know pumpkin grower from there" - he thinks its funny that I relate so many places to pumpkin growing

many times when traveling on the highway we see tractor trailers with the overhead clearence numbers on the side. mostly they say i believe 15 FT 4 IN. naturally i think of a giant pumpkins circumference.
