good day all i have a question about harvesting, and that is.. how do you know the right time to harvest, i have a vine that i let grow for my kids so i have 4 pumpkins on it, they are orange and have not grown in about 10 days and are about 50 days old

What type variety are they?
I did 20 on mine, they are sitting here looking at me with no ill side effects, but then its been a breezy 72 the last week or so.
